Sizing & Fit

How do I find my ZenMotion size? +
We recommend using our detailed Size Guide which includes measurements in both inches and centimeters. For most styles, we suggest sizing up if you're between sizes. Our leggings are designed with 4-way stretch, so they'll accommodate a range of body shapes within each size. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to contact us and our fit experts will help.
Do ZenMotion leggings run true to size? +
Our seamless leggings generally run true to size. Our sets (bra + leggings) may feel snug at first but stretch beautifully after the first wear. Our high-waist styles are designed to sit at the natural waist. Check the individual product page for any size-specific notes from our fit team.
What sizes do you offer? +
We offer sizes XS through 3XL across most of our styles. Inclusive sizing is a core part of our brand values. A small selection of our limited-edition pieces may only be available in XS–XL, but this is clearly noted on each product page.
I'm between two sizes — which should I choose? +
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up for leggings (for a more comfortable fit during deep stretches) and staying true to your usual size for sports bras and tops. If you prefer a more compressive feel, you can size down in leggings.
What if my item doesn't fit? +
No worries! We offer free exchanges for a different size within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Simply contact us to initiate an exchange.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost? +
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $120. Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We ship to the US, UK, Australia, and most EU countries.
How long does shipping take? +
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Standard shipping within Canada takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders typically take 7–14 business days.
Can I track my order? +
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes! We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most EU countries, and more. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do? +
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom. If you're still having issues, contact us at hello@zenmotionapparel.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of use
Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return? +
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@zenmotionapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label (for Canadian customers) and instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are returns free? +
Yes — returns and exchanges are free for Canadian customers! We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. For international customers, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but we'll happily process your refund once we receive the items.
How long does a refund take? +
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange for a different color or style? +
Absolutely! We'd love to help you find the perfect piece. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange for any in-stock item of equal or greater value (you just pay the price difference for items of greater value).

Products

Are ZenMotion leggings squat-proof? +
Yes! We test every legging design for opacity before releasing it. Our signature seamless fabric is specifically engineered to be squat-proof across all colorways, including lighter shades. We recommend checking your product page for any specific opacity notes.
What fabric are your leggings made from? +
Our core fabric is an 80% recycled nylon / 20% elastane blend. This composition gives our pieces exceptional softness, four-way stretch, moisture-wicking properties, and shape retention. Some styles use a ribbed or textured version of this blend. Exact fabric composition is listed on each product page.
Do you use pockets in your leggings? +
Our high-waist styles include a hidden waistband pocket that fits a key, card, or small phone. Some styles also feature a small side seam pocket. Pocket details are listed in each product's description.
Are the sets sold together or separately? +
Our yoga sets are sold as a complete set (bra + leggings) at a bundled price. Individual pieces from our sets are also available separately, clearly labeled on the product page. This way, you can mix and match colors and styles to create your own look.

Care & Fabric

How do I wash my ZenMotion pieces? +
For best results:
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
  • Wash inside out to preserve color
  • Do not use fabric softener (it can reduce moisture-wicking)
  • Do not bleach
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on the lowest setting
  • Do not iron directly on the fabric
Will the colors fade after washing? +
Our fabrics are dyed using a process that ensures color longevity. Washing inside out in cold water will significantly extend the life of your colors. We recommend against hot water washing, which can cause premature fading in any activewear.
Is the fabric sustainable? +
Yes! We use GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled nylon in our core fabrics. Our recycled nylon is made from post-consumer waste, including discarded fishing nets and plastic bottles. We're committed to continuously increasing the percentage of recycled and sustainable materials across our collection.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? +
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@zenmotionapparel.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped, but cannot guarantee this once processing has begun.
Can I use more than one discount code? +
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless specifically stated.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do? +
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@zenmotionapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Is it safe to enter my payment details? +
Absolutely. All transactions on ZenMotion Apparel are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans or buy-now-pay-later? +
We're working on adding Afterpay and Klarna options. Stay tuned to our newsletter for updates! In the meantime, please contact us if you have specific payment questions.

How is ZenMotion sustainable? +
Sustainability is woven into everything we do:
  • 85% of our fabrics are made from GRS-certified recycled materials
  • 100% plastic-free, recycled packaging
  • We plant a tree for every order through Trees Canada
  • Zero landfill waste in our operations since 2025
  • Fair labor practices at all partner factories
What happens to returned items? +
Returned items that are in new condition are restocked and resold. Items that cannot be resold are donated to local women's shelters and community organizations in Toronto. We are committed to zero waste and do not send returned goods to landfill.
Do you give back to the community? +
Yes! For every order placed, we donate $1 to our local community yoga programs that provide free or subsidized yoga classes to underserved communities in Toronto. We've funded over 2,400 community yoga sessions since 2022.
