By accessing or using the ZenMotion Apparel website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or make any purchases from us.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that any information provided is inaccurate or that your account has been compromised.

3. Products and Purchases

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur.

• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item purchased per order.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.
• Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and internationally to select countries. Shipping details include:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD within Canada.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your ZenMotion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (bras and underwear) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of ZenMotion Apparel and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
